Information we use

• Account and contact details you provide.
• Order, payment status and entitlement records. Card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by Never Finite.
• Technical and security information needed to keep accounts and rooms working.
• Marketing consent and communication preferences.

What we do not collect

We do not activate microphones, record or transcribe spoken answers, store private conversation content or create emotional profiles from play.

Why and how long

We use account and order information to provide the edition you bought, secure the service, answer customer-care requests and meet legal obligations. We retain records only for as long as needed for those purposes and any legally required accounting or dispute period. Notes from the Room email is used only with consent and can be stopped at any time.

Your choices

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Contact us at hello@neverfinite.co. Where a processor handles payment, it processes the payment information under its own privacy notice.

Your licence

A purchase grants the named customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that digital edition in private social settings. A Shared Room lets invited guests participate in one active session; it does not give them ownership.

What is not permitted

• Copying, scraping, downloading, republishing or redistributing cards or complete decks.
• Sharing account credentials, permanent links or access methods outside the permitted room.
• Using consumer editions for paid events, resale, training, hospitality programming or commercial services without a separate licence.
• Removing Never Finite branding or presenting the writing, method, artwork or room system as your own.
• Using automated tools to extract, reproduce or train systems on Never Finite content.

Intellectual property

Never Finite, the Never Finite Module, edition names, card text, artwork, room architecture and Never Finite Method™ are protected brand and creative assets. No ownership is transferred by purchase.

Safe play

Anyone may pass any card without explanation. Never Finite is not therapy, medical advice, relationship counselling or a substitute for professional support. Hosts are responsible for choosing a suitable edition and setting.

Availability and accounts

We may maintain, update or suspend access to protect the service, enforce these terms or comply with law. We will not remove a valid paid entitlement without a lawful reason. Material product changes will be communicated where required.

We offer a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.

To request a refund, email hello@neverfinite.co from the email address used for purchase and include your order number.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once approved, they are processed promptly; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds.

Email hello@neverfinite.co with your name, order number, the issue and the outcome you want. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two business days and provide a substantive written response within fourteen days. Complex matters may take longer; if so, we will explain why and provide an updated date.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates and Dubai, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Essential storage may be used for language, basket, sign-in and security. Non-essential analytics or advertising cookies must remain off until the visitor gives valid consent where consent is legally required. A granular cookie control will be connected before any non-essential tracking is added.
