Information we use

• Account and contact details you provide.
• Order, payment status and entitlement records. Card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by Never Finite.
• Technical and security information needed to keep accounts and rooms working.
• Marketing consent and communication preferences.

Optional site measurement

With your permission, we count page visits, trial and play starts or finishes, checkout openings and recommendation clicks by game and campaign. We store daily aggregate counts for up to 90 days, not conversation answers, IP addresses or personal profiles. Measurement preferences are kept on your device; you can change them using Measurement settings at the foot of the page. Payment and account records remain necessary to deliver purchases regardless of that choice.

What we do not collect

We do not activate microphones, record or transcribe spoken answers, store private conversation content or create emotional profiles from play. Competitive Shared Rooms store the player names or nicknames and scores supplied by the host for that room’s lifetime; answers and predictions are not collected.

Optional Host voice

Host uses generated AI speech from OpenAI or ElevenLabs when configured. Read-aloud is off until you enable it for the visit. The written step, including any player names in it, is sent to the configured provider to generate audio and is subject to that provider’s processing terms. We do not activate a microphone or send spoken answers. Never Finite does not store speech text or generated audio on its server; recent audio is held temporarily in your page’s memory for replay. Anonymous usage counters and a daily changing hashed network identifier limit misuse expire after at most two days and are removed on the next voice request.

Why and how long

We use account and order information to provide the edition you bought, secure the service, answer customer-care requests and meet legal obligations. We retain records only for as long as needed for those purposes and any legally required accounting or dispute period. Never Finite marketing email is used only with consent and can be stopped at any time.

Your choices

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Contact us at hello@neverfinite.co. Where a processor handles payment, it processes the payment information under its own privacy notice.

Your licence

A purchase grants the named customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that digital edition in private social settings. A Shared Room lets invited guests participate in one active session; it does not give them ownership.

Gifts and bundles

A gift is a one-use claim for one game selected by the recipient. It has no expiry and attaches a personal licence to the recipient’s verified email when claimed. The buyer may regenerate an unclaimed gift link; previous links then become invalid. Bundles grant access to every named included edition; they do not provide duplicate licences or credit for games already owned. A refunded order may revoke the access supplied by that order, while separate valid purchases remain active.

What is not permitted

• Copying, scraping, downloading, republishing or redistributing cards or complete decks.
• Sharing account credentials, permanent links or access methods outside the permitted room.
• Using consumer editions for paid events, resale, training, hospitality programming or commercial services without a separate licence.
• Removing Never Finite branding or presenting the writing, method, artwork or room system as your own.
• Using automated tools to extract, reproduce or train systems on Never Finite content.

Intellectual property

Never Finite, the Never Finite Module, edition names, card text, artwork, room architecture and Never Finite Method™ are protected brand and creative assets. No ownership is transferred by purchase.

Safe play

Anyone may pass any card without explanation. Never Finite is not therapy, medical advice, relationship counselling or a substitute for professional support. Hosts are responsible for choosing a suitable edition and setting.

Availability and accounts

We may maintain, update or suspend access to protect the service, enforce these terms or comply with law. We will not remove a valid paid entitlement without a lawful reason. Material product changes will be communicated where required.

We offer a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.

To request a refund, email hello@neverfinite.co from the email address used for purchase and include your order number.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once approved, they are processed promptly; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds.

Email hello@neverfinite.co with your name, order number, the issue and the outcome you want. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two business days and provide a substantive written response within fourteen days. Complex matters may take longer; if so, we will explain why and provide an updated date.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates and Dubai, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Essential storage may be used for language, basket, sign-in and security. Non-essential analytics or advertising cookies must remain off until the visitor gives valid consent where consent is legally required. Use Measurement settings at the foot of the page to allow, decline or withdraw optional first-party measurement. Optional performance samples measure loading, interaction delay and layout shifts by device category and game, with 90-day aggregate retention. We do not send conversation answers, private room codes or metric interaction details. We use no third-party advertising trackers.
