Guess confidently.
Be surprised.

Four or more of you? Practise a turn below. Read the card aloud; each person needs paper or a private notes app. This is a three-card taste, not a full scored game.

By yourself? Read the cards and step through the instructions to see the rhythm. You need 4–10 players for the full game.

STEP 1 OF 4

Chooser: decide secretly

Choose someone to begin. Read both options aloud. That person writes A or B for themselves, then covers it.

ONE TURN, IN FOUR MOVES

The phone stays.
The choice stays secret.

Open guided Host on a phone, tablet or laptop. Enter 4–10 names or nicknames. Keep the screen where everyone can see it; answers go on each person’s own paper or private notes.

  1. 01

    The chooser commits

Host names the chooser and shows a card. Anyone reads both options aloud. The chooser writes A or B privately first and covers it. Choose for yourself, not what you think will fool people.

  2. 02

    Everyone else predicts

Each other player writes A or B: what will the chooser pick? Keep predictions private. No guessing aloud, hints or changing an answer after someone reveals.

  3. 03

    Reveal together

When everyone has committed, the chooser shows their answer and the others show their predictions. Curious about a surprise? Ask what made them choose it.

  4. 04

    Score, then rotate

The host selects each correct predictor: one point each. The chooser gets no point on this turn. Host moves to the next person. Everyone chooses once per round, across five rounds. Highest total wins; ties share the win.

Pass before the reveal for a new card, with the same chooser and no points awarded. Stop whenever you need to; only a completed five-round game gives everyone equal turns.

ANOTHER WAY TO PLAY

Private taps on one device

The standard player locks each person’s A/B input, hiding earlier choices. Pass the device only for those secret inputs while others look away. This is a different mode from Host.

WANT THE CARD ON EVERY PHONE?

Same room.
Your own screen.

A Shared Room mirrors the current card and scoreboard. It is temporary access for the session: your purchased game stays in your Library.

  1. The owner opens a full Shared Room. Share its link or six-character code with the people playing. No guest account, email or purchase is needed.
  2. The host enters the names. Everyone sees the same card and chooser. The host leads the commit, reveal and score steps.
  3. Keep answers off the shared screen. Each person still writes privately on paper or in their own notes. A room does not collect secret predictions from guests’ phones.

Guests have session access for up to eight hours; the host can end it sooner. Only player names, scores and the current card are shared. Use nicknames if you prefer.
